Billy Dunn manages projects with a focus on schedule, budget, coordination, and successful delivery for the end user of each project.
Project Leadership
Mr. Dunn supports projects by helping bridge the gap between the architect, contractor, owner, local jurisdiction, projects by helping bridge the gap between the architect, contractor, owner, local jurisdiction, utility companies, and project stakeholders. His work is focused on keeping the project team aligned while supporting the schedule, budget, and delivery requirements of each project.
He works closely with local jurisdictions and utility companies to coordinate design requirements, operational needs, and approval processes. While his involvement is typically focused during the construction phase, he also actively participates in the design and permitting phases to help establish a strong foundation before construction begins.
Representative Project Experience
Mr. Dunn’s project experience includes commercial multi-tenant and single-tenant buildings, existing commercial building renovations, commercial tenant improvements, and ground-up multi-family construction.
Education
Mr. Dunn graduated from the Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering at Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management.
