Robert C.G. Kerwin is one of the founding partners of Foursite and leads the company’s real estate development consulting division.
Project Leadership
Since Foursite’s inception in 1997, Mr. Kerwin has helped build long-standing relationships with many of the Phoenix Valley’s most active developers. His work has supported major retail, residential, office, hospitality, and mixed-use developments throughout the Southwest.
His approach is centered on owner representation, project management, coordination, and practical leadership through complex development and construction conditions. Under his direction, Foursite has managed numerous high-profile projects with a combined value exceeding one billion dollars and consulting experience spanning more than ten million square feet.
Representative Project Experience
Mr. Kerwin’s project experience includes notable large-scale developments such as Desert Ridge Marketplace, Scottsdale Promenade, Arizona Country Club, and Tempe Marketplace.
Affiliations & Certifications
Mr. Kerwin is a licensed general contractor and OSHA certified. He has also been active with Valley Partnership and the Urban Land Institute, organizations focused on responsible development, land use, and sustainable community growth.
Education
Mr. Kerwin graduated cum laude from the Del E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University.
