Michael Wechsler brings nearly two decades of commercial real estate development and construction management experience, with a steady, detail-focused approach to project delivery.
Project Leadership
Mr. Wechsler has consistently supported commercial real estate projects with a focus on schedule, budget, communication, and problem-solving. His calm approach, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail help foster productive relationships between owners, contractors, design professionals, tenants, and project teams.
His project experience includes retail power centers, office condominiums, charter schools, medical office buildings, and restaurants. This range of work gives him a broad perspective on the needs of commercial real estate clients and the coordination required to move projects forward successfully.
Prior Experience
Before joining Foursite, Mr. Wechsler served as Director of Development for Champion Partners, a boutique commercial real estate development firm. In that role, he was responsible for development feasibility, government relations, design coordination, construction management, and post-completion property management operations.
His experience overseeing both development and operating responsibilities gives him a useful perspective on how decisions made during development can impact long-term project performance.
Education
Mr. Wechsler earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Boston University and a Doctor of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College. He owned and operated a successful chiropractic center in New Jersey for more than a decade before relocating to Arizona and transitioning into commercial real estate development and construction management.
