Jack Ballatore
Jack Ballatore brings more than four decades of construction industry experience to Foursite, with a strong background in project delivery, owner representation, and quality-focused construction management.
Project Leadership
Mr. Ballatore’s experience spans a wide range of construction methods and project types. Formerly licensed as both a General Contractor and Plumbing Contractor, he brings a practical understanding of field operations, coordination, and project execution.
His experience as an Owner’s Representative allows him to bridge communication between owners and contractors, helping keep project expectations, quality, and delivery aligned. Over the course of his career, Mr. Ballatore has designed, constructed, or managed commercial and residential developments with a combined value exceeding $500 million, with particular experience in multi-family projects.
Prior Experience
Before joining Foursite, Mr. Ballatore served as an in-house Construction Manager for Banner Health and worked as a general superintendent for Phoenix-based apartment developer Gray-Palmer Development and national homebuilder D.R. Horton.

Education
Mr. Ballatore earned a Master of Science in Construction Management from the Fulton School of Engineering at Arizona State University. He also received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from ASU, graduating cum laude. Earlier in his career, he attended NewSchool of Architecture in San Diego, California.
